These terms govern use of the website, Client Area and services presented under the DropMedia and SweetVision brands. Public information is general; the package, price, timetable, deliverables, payments and project-specific conditions are confirmed in the individual proposal and agreement.

Before a distance contract is formed, the client is given the provider identity and contacts, the service's essential characteristics, total price, payment method, timetable and cancellation or rescheduling conditions. The accepted agreement and its version remain available on a durable medium in the portal.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, its period, exercise method and any exceptions are communicated before contracting. Starting services during that period depends on the legally required conditions and express requests.

Films, photographs, text, graphics and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Contracting grants the client only the usage rights stated in the proposal or agreement; commercial exploitation, alteration or transfer requires written permission unless expressly included.

Users must protect portal credentials, provide accurate data and report unauthorised access. Attempts to bypass security controls, access third-party projects or use the platform unlawfully are prohibited.

Temporary website downtime does not alter rights already established. Relevant communications, document versions, payments and acceptances are recorded in the project for traceability.

Project-specific conditions prevail when included in the accepted proposal or agreement, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
