01How do we reserve the date?
The date is confirmed after choosing a collection, accepting the agreement and making the initial payment stated in that document.
02Can we personalise a collection?
Yes. Collections are a starting point and can include wedding-specific extras or adjustments without changing the base prices.
03When do we complete the questionnaire?
The questionnaire is shared through the portal and can be completed gradually. Every saved update becomes available to the team.
04How do we receive the films and photographs?
Delivery happens through a private gallery. The couple receives an email only when SweetVision confirms the final publication.
05Can we download the films?
Yes, when downloads are enabled for the delivery. The gallery clearly identifies the available content.
