DropMedia and SweetVision process identity, contact, billing, wedding, project, communication, payment and portal usage data only as needed to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, enter into and perform contracts, deliver work, comply with legal duties and protect the platform.

Depending on the purpose, processing relies on pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service organisation, or consent. Image-use permission and promotional communications are specific choices that may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Data is retained throughout the project and for the periods required by contractual, tax, accounting and legal-defence duties. Audiovisual files follow the period stated in the applicable agreement. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymised.
